China Launches First Space Science Laboratory

For the first time, China made ​​history by launching a space laboratory into orbit. China said on Thursday (29 /9), the first manned space laboratory has been launched and operated in orbit.

Space ship was named Tiangong 1 which took off from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in Gansu Province, China, on at 9.00pm local time. Laboratory space is now orbiting the Earth with an altitude of 350 kilometers.
